The one-page marketing dashboard every founder should have

Most dashboards fail because they show everything. A founder needs one page that answers one question: is growth healthy this week? Keep it to these blocks: Acquisition — spend, leads or orders, and cost per acquisition, by channel. Conversion — landing page conversion rate and lead-to-customer rate. Revenue — new revenue, average order or deal value, and return on ad spend from your own sales data, not the platforms'. Retention — repeat purchase rate or churn, depending on your model. Trend — every number shown against last week and the 4-week average. Rules that keep it useful: - One source of truth per metric, written down. - No metric without an owner who acts on it. - If a number hasn't changed a decision in a month, remove it. Looker Studio or Metabase on top of a simple warehouse is plenty for most teams.
